We ship LUXAVELLA jewellery from Jaipur, Rajasthan to customers across India and worldwide, including the USA, UK, UAE (Dubai), Singapore and more.

Processing Time

Orders are packed and dispatched within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Bulk and custom orders may take longer, and we'll confirm the timeline with you in advance.

Delivery Timeline

Business days exclude Sundays and public holidays. These are estimates, not guarantees.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. Any free-shipping offers will be shown clearly on our website.

Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking link by email or SMS/WhatsApp.

International Orders: Customs & Duties

International parcels may be subject to customs duties, import taxes or handling fees charged by your country. These are the buyer's responsibility and are not included in our prices.

Delays
