1. About Us

LUXAVELLA is a jewellery brand based in Jaipur, Rajasthan, India, offering artificial, German silver, 925 sterling silver and brass jewellery, including rings, earrings, anklets, bracelets, necklaces, pendants and sets, for retail and bulk customers.

2. Eligibility

You must be 18 or older, or the age of majority in your country, to place an order. Minors may use the site only under a parent or guardian's supervision.

3. Products & Accuracy

We try to show colours and designs accurately, but screens vary, and slight differences in colour, size or finish may occur. Handcrafted jewellery may have minor variations, which are part of its charm.

4. Material Information

• 925 Sterling Silver contains 92.5% pure silver. It may naturally tarnish over time.
• German Silver, brass and artificial jewellery are fashion jewellery and are not made of pure silver or gold. Plating may fade with regular use.

5. Orders & Acceptance

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We may accept or decline any order, for example due to stock issues, pricing errors or suspected fraud. An order is confirmed only when you receive our confirmation email.

6. Pricing & Payment

Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout and may change without notice. Prices exclude taxes, shipping and customs duties unless stated. Payment must be completed in full before dispatch. We may cancel orders affected by pricing errors and will refund any payment received.

7. Bulk & Wholesale Orders

Bulk orders may have minimum quantities, special pricing and separate payment terms, which will be confirmed in writing by email or WhatsApp. Production and delivery times depend on order size and design.

8. Shipping, Returns & Refunds

These are governed by our Shipping Policy and Return & Refund Policy, which form part of these Terms.

9. Jewellery Care

To keep your jewellery beautiful, keep it away from water, perfume, chemicals and sweat, and store it in a dry, airtight pouch. Damage from improper care is not covered by returns.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including logos, images, text, designs and product photos, belongs to LUXAVELLA and may not be copied or used without our written permission.

11. Prohibited Use

You agree not to misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, submit false information, scrape our content or use it for unlawful purposes.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, LUXAVELLA is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of our website or products. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant order.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the courts in Jaipur, Rajasthan.

14. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the website means you accept the updated Terms.
